Indoor Air Quality Surveys
An indoor
air quality survey is used to assess air quality within a structure, or part
of a structure, to determine if symptoms of illness are caused by poor air
quality. An air quality survey includes recommendations for mitigation,
should laboratory results indicate air quality problems.

Mold Survey / Remediation
EAA performs mold surveys to
identify the presence, identity and extent of mold and water damage. Based upon
the findings a remediation plan can be prepared to mitigate any
contamination found. These surveys are conducted and/or supervised by a Certified Mold
Inspector and Certified Mold Remediator. |

| Mold growth from water damage can
and has been a serious problem affecting occupants and structural
integrity of the building. EAA provides certified personnel to perform
complete surveys to assess the cause and extent of mold contamination. Prior
to remediation, samples are collected and analyzed and then a remediation
protocol is prepared. Following remediation, samples are collected again to
verify that the contamination has been mitigated. |

Moisture sources for mold accumulation
can occur in numerous location and may be hidden from visual observation.
Sensitive equipment is used to find the source of moisture and to observe
